Ballarat Pie Competition
This pie is a pretty special one for us.
It's our very first entry into the Ballarat Pie Competition, and will be stocked exclusively at Yellow Espresso and our local market stalls.
We start with our signature white chocolate chip cookie dough, fill it with rich, home made sticky date pudding, then layer over smooth vanilla custard. It's finished with a golden puff pastry and brushed with a glaze made from locally sourced honey for the perfect buttery, caramelised finish.
